Finding the Courage to Fly Forward

Finding the Courage to Fly Forward image
When I finished my undergraduate degree, I only had one regret; I did not study abroad. When I finished graduate school, I had the same regret. I made the same mistake twice. It never seemed to be the right time. I never seemed to have enough money and I never seemed to have enough courage to do it.
One of my gifts to myself after graduate school was to begin yoga. Yoga taught me, and continues to teach me everyday, that we can break down our limitations, our barriers and what we perceive not to be possible. Since I started yoga, I have been studying myself everyday and studying abroad whenever I can.
Life is ever–changing, confusing and hard, but yet so beautiful. When we take a moment to reflect on what we really want, we can then determine how we are going to get it. I wanted to travel and I still do. The difference between now and then is that I now have the courage to make it happen.
My journey through yoga and life is not just about my internal exploration, but rather the exploration of the world and my place in it. I want to see the world and I want to impact it. I want to bring a smile to your face. I want to help you become happier, healthier and filled with bliss. My love of travel was not just made for me, but also made to be shared. I encourage you to reflect and decide what you want, where you want to be and then have the courage to pursue it. Life is too short and too beautiful not to enjoy each moment!
Sending you strength, courage and bliss!
