Life is way toooooo short!
We are often smacked in the face with this message when we watch the ones we love and even idolize, such as David Bowie and Alan Rickman pass from this life onto the next. It saddens our hearts and often dampens our spirits.
But rather than let this slow you down or hurt your heart, I challenge you all to live more fully, live with more love and embrace each moment like it is the last. Challenge yourself to make the hard decisions that will make your life more fulfilling!
I cannot believe it has already been 8 years since I left the executive world. It was one of the hardest decisions I ever made, but definitely one of the most rewarding. My income will most likely never match my old, but my health and happiness have exponentially improved. I wake up loving what I do and that is worth more than any big paycheck!
Leaving your job may not be the answer, but maybe it is gradually changing your career path, exploring the world, evaluating your relationships with friends, family and partner or something as simple as changing your eating habits. Whatever it may be, make sure it excites you and fills you with happiness.
