Hello Everyone!!
Yes, I am still in Greece, but I missed you! I hope you are all doing well. Today, I am recycling one of my favorite mantras from a few years ago. I cannot believe I have been writing blogs and mantras here for over 9 years now. Time flies! I know things change over the years, but I hope you still enjoy hearing from me. Please know that I still love hearing from you! Well, enjoy today’s mantra and I hope it resonates with you.
The older I get, my vision for truth seems to be so much more vivid and one reality that is always so hard to comprehend is that true friends are so hard to find and maintain. Sadly even in the yoga industry, betrayal and deceit lurk. This isn’t meant to be gloomy, but an appreciation for those who are real and true. So let’s honor those who light up your life and soul. Give the energy to those who deserve it and prevail together in unity.
