As I finish packing my bags to explore Italy once again, I cannot stop thinking about how much strength it takes to explore yourself. Traveling is an essential part of my life because it takes me out of my comfort zones and helps me learn more about myself. Self-reflection can be challenging, but yet so very rewarding. Be prepared to learn and grow.
