So, four weeks back, I started talking about the Two Minute Morning. If you missed some of my previous mantras regarding this topic, no worries, simply check out my blog where all my weekly mantras can be found.
After introducing this morning ritual, we broke it down each week. So, this week, I wanted to circle back around to it in its entirety. When first introducing it, I felt that it was a bit much to grasp. So, now that we have focused on each component for the last three weeks, let’s incorporate the whole concept into our morning routine and make it our mantra for the week.

I will be grateful for…
I will focus on…
As I said a few weeks ago, this isn’t exactly a mantra, but it is a perfect way to start the day and can constantly be referred back to throughout your day. Enjoy and let me know how it is going!
