I hope you did not miss last week’s post where I talk about the Two Minute Morning. If you did, no worries, simply check out my blog where all my weekly mantras can be found.
Over the next three weeks, I plan to continue to focus on the Two Minute Morning because I am loving it and I hope you will too. Last week may have felt a little overwhelming since I introduced each part. So, this week, let’s focus on one, gratitude.
Let’s simplify our gratitude and be grateful for moments throughout our normal every day activity. For me, I am always grateful that I can take some time to get outside and walk with Zeek. Fresh air, minutes away from the computer and often good conversation with a friend is always a great break from work!
So, think of something each day this week that you are grateful and let it be your mantra.
