I find that the holidays can bring out the crazy in everyone, including me. I become over sensitive to people’s perceptions and comments. I think it’s a shift of the weather, but also the expectation to be involved in everything during the holidays, when we simply want to hibernate.
The negative can begin to weigh me down, but taking moments to breathe, breathe, breathe and breathe again are crucial for me to make it through the end of year happy, healthy and sane.
This week focus on your breath. Increase the length of both the inhale and the exhale. Elongate and allow the breath to fill you with energy and cleanse any negative thoughts or feelings.
INHALE: POSITIVE ENERGY
EXHALE: NEGATIVE ENERGY
