I have to admit, I wasn’t sure what to expect on this retreat. I’m so happy that my friend forced me into coming! I met an amazing group of ladies while getting a great workout AND had a chance to relax and focus on myself for a change. Everyone was warm and welcoming and I can’t wait to sign up for something else with Laurel and Rachel.
