This week’s mantra is short, simple and to the point. Sometimes, that is exactly what we need.
This past year has been a rollercoaster of emotions for us all. Trying to stay positive has often felt impossible and never really easy. This has been extremely challenging for me because I feel as though I am a naturally positive person. Seeing the light amongst the dark can be a challenge. But, we all have the option to be the light or be a part of the darkness. Let’s be bright this week and watch the darkness lift.
