Hey there everyone!
If you are here in the US, or even just watching (which everyone is) the craziness occurring here, you know that this week is going to be extremely challenging no matter which side of the fence you stand on. And, please know that I am extremely saddened that the fence has become a wall and an obstacle between many of us. In my lifetime, I have never seen the US so divided and so angry. I do not talk politics here because I think we get enough of people’s opinions on social media, but this week it is hard to ignore what is happening and give you fluff.
For the last few months, my morning to-do list includes, Stay Calm. It has become easy to overact. It has become easy to quickly panic. It has become easy to ignore all the good practices I have and simply want to hide. But, that does not help me, nor does it help you. So, I remind myself to Stay Calm every day. We only have control of our own actions, no one else’s. So, this week, as we move forward and into a future of uncertainty, let’s all try to use this week’s mantra to guide and console us.
