So, here we are…the craziest week of the year for many of us. Social gatherings and events fill the calendar for the next two weeks. Then, we hit the New Year pretty exhausted. I know there are many things we feel that we cannot control or say no to over the holidays, but one thing we do have control over is the amount of time we spend on social media. I know it is tempting to share all your moments with everyone out there. I know it is tempting to constantly be checking what others are doing. But, let’s try our best to stay off of social media. Let’s try our best to stay present. Let’s try our best to connect with those surrounding us rather than those out there in media land. Let’s allow this week’s mantra to remain as a reminder to stay connected with those around us.
This week’s mantra:
Let’s Disconnect to Make True Connections
Let’s Disconnect to Make True Connections
Let’s Disconnect to Make True Connections
And, I will practice what I preach! No emails or mantras from me until the New Year!! So, enjoy the holidays wherever you are on the globe. I look forward to re-connecting with you in 2020!
With love,
XO – L
