I am back from another epic adventure and I hope you were able to see some of my pics on social media because it was all so beautiful!
But…Before heading to Italy, I was a stressed out mess. I was trying my best to finish it all, organize it all, basically do it all!! We often put ourselves in this position…do, do, do, so we can collapse and stop. During all of this, just a few days prior to leaving I went to see my naturopath and he asked me to consider what I need to feel my healthiest. He asked, what do you need to add and cut out to feel less stressed? Ugh, he was asking for a lot of reflection during these crazy days before departure. I knew I could not answer him honestly then and I knew I needed time to think it all over. So, I made it my priority for reflection while traveling. I may not have come up with the best answer, but what I did learn is that I need to consider this on a daily basis rather than only when I escape my everyday life.
So, this week, let’s all ask ourselves…
