The actual definition of yoga has been translated a lot of different ways, but the most common is, to yoke, to union, to join. I pride myself on connecting others with future friends, potential business and sometimes even travel buddies. I love watching others grow, be happy and be successful. This is my simple way of taking my yoga off the mat and into the world. In honor of Spring and our immersion from hibernation, let’s choose to create unification, to join, to connect… Let’s all choose connection rather than separation.
