30 DAY YOGA CHALLENGE
Our practice does not make us perfect. It makes us stronger and calmer. Join Laurel for a 30 day yoga challenge that will inspire you to get on your mat every day. Receive a daily all-levels 20 minute yoga flow along with a mantra or wellness tip. Once classes are released, they will be available until the end of the Challenge. In addition, email Laurel or post in the Challenge’s private Facebook Group with questions or feedback regarding each class. In the FB Group, you can also support and encourage other participants! Find out how it feels to be consistent with your practice!

PRIVATE SESSIONS VIA ZOOM
Private Sessions are designed for individuals who need one on one instruction due to their hectic schedule, injury, illness or those who simply need to learn the yoga basics before they enter a group class. These private sessions are grouped according to your specific needs and customized to meet your health goals. Please email Laurel at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange.
CORPORATE YOGA VIA ZOOM
Take some time out of your busy work day to move, stretch and breathe. We are spending more time than ever sitting and stress levels are higher than ever. Let’s disconnect from the world for a bit and take some time to recharge. Zoom group sessions can accommodate up to 100 participants allowing the whole team to join. Laurel can see you, but she will change the screen after beginning so that you can only see her. This way, no one will see if the dog enters, the kids want to join or if you simply don’t want to be seen doing yoga. You will be able to practice as a team while maintaining your privacy. All requests can be accommodated. So, join Laurel for one session or multiple. Cost will be determined based on session length, 30, 45, 60, number of participants and number of sessions scheduled.
