4 Week Stretch and Strength Series via Zoom
Finally, you can do group yoga classes with Laurel via Zoom! In this 4 week series we will discover how yoga not only makes us stronger mentally, but also physically. Each class will incorporate a full-body work out that will strengthen, lengthen and tone legs, arms and core. This series is excellent for new and advanced students looking to build strength. After class, you will receive a link to the recorded version of the class, which you will have access to forever! So, even if you need to miss a class, you can do it later!
Happy Hour Yoga at Black River Winery
60 Minutes of yoga outside in the vineyard with plenty of space for social distancing. Followed by a cheese plate and glass of wine on the outdoor patio surrounded by the grapevines. Bonus: discounts on wine. Bring your friends and mat and let’s have some fun!

30 Day Yoga Challenge
Our practice does not make us perfect. It makes us stronger and calmer. Join Laurel for a 30 day yoga challenge that will inspire you to get on your mat every day. Receive a daily all-levels 20 minute yoga flow along with a mantra or wellness tip. Classes will be available for viewing for 48 hours encouraging you to get on your mat. In addition, email Laurel or post in the Challenge’s private Facebook Group with questions or feedback regarding each class. In the FB Group, you can also support and encourage other participants! Find out how it feels to be consistent with your practice!
