Mix everything together and top with a dollop of additional yogurt.

64 oz of low sodium veggie broth
27 oz of coconut milk
3 large leeks
3 garlic cloves
2 inch piece of ginger
32 oz baby Bella mushrooms
1 cup of fresh parsley
Sprinkle of garlic powder
Sprinkle of cayenne

Chop and Sauté garlic, ginger and leeks in 32 oz of veggie broth and then add everything else and simmer. Enjoy!!

.5 teaspoon of fenugreek

.5 teaspoon of fennel

.5 teaspoon of cumin

.5 teaspoon of coriander

Large chunk of ginger.

Put all in a tea ball.

Add to your tea pot with 4-5 cups of water.

Boil and then simmer for 5 minutes.

Homemade Black Bean Dip!

Soak beans over night, rinse, cover with water and simmer for 60-80 mins till soft, add white onion, bunch of parsley, garlic powder, sea salt, veggie broth and 1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar and blend!
